A highly experienced professional in biomass briquettes and pellets sector, he has played a key role in promoting sustainable energy alternatives.
His leadership is recognized widely as he served as the President of the All Gujarat Biomass Briquettes Association (AGBBA), where he works to strengthen the industry and support fellow entrepreneurs.

Production Process
The manufacturing process transforms agricultural and forestry residues into high-quality biomass fuel through a structured 7-step process:

Screening & Drying
The raw materials are cleaned and dried to reduce moisture content below 10% for efficient burning.
Step - 03
Hammering & Destoning
The materials are crushed into fine particles and separated from stones or other impurities.
Step - 04
Pelletizing / Briquetting
The biomass is compressed into uniform pellets or briquettes using high-pressure machines.
Step - 05
Cooling
Hot briquettes or pellets are cooled to harden and stabilize their shape and quality.
Step - 06
Packaging
The final products are packed in bags or bulk containers for safe storage and transportation.
Step - 07
Storage & Distribution
Packed products are stored in dry environments and dispatched.
